Services for Freddie W. Brock, of Smithdale, are 3 p.m. Monday,Feb. 22, at Jones Family Funeral Services in McComb, with burial inMt. Moriah Baptist Church Cemetery in Brookhaven.

Visitation is Monday from 1 p.m. until the time of the service atthe funeral home.

Mr. Brock, 66, died Feb. 19, 2010, at Southwest MississippiRegional Medical Center in McComb. He was born was born Oct. 9,1943, in New Orleans, to Freddie Otto and Bonnie Mae StinsonBrock.

He worked for many years in the oil fields in Oklahoma and he had alove for old cars. He was of the Baptist faith.

Preceding him in death his parents; grandmother, Zadie Stinson; ason-in-law, Walter White; a brother-in-law, Larry McKey;sister-in-law, June Brock; and a grandson, James Lee Blount.

Survivors are his sons, Freddie W. Brock Jr., of Breaux Bridge,La., and Wayne Brock of Pontotoc; his daughters, Regina A. White ofAlexandria, La., and Charlene Blount of Leesville, La.; hisbrothers, Lester Brock and Joseph Brock, of McComb, Robert Brock,of Custer, Ky., Jeff Brock, of Dallas and David Brock, of MorganCity, La.; his sisters, Bonnie Gene Brock and Barbara AnnHeathcock, both of Jackson, Karen Rogers, of Pearl River, La., andLois Ballard, of Brookhaven; 14 grandchildren, and threegreat-grandchildren.
