Football fans, are you eager to see some high school footballgames?

You will have your chance this Thursday and Friday as a variety ofjamborees will take place and several local schools willparticipate in them.

These games will help the coaches to see what the their teams needto work on. It also gives the players a chance to hit someone elsebesides their own teammates.

Copiah Academy will host a Jamboree Thursday, Aug. 12, with teamsparticipating from River Oaks, Cenla, ACCS, East Rankin andMRA.

Brookhaven High will host Terry in a Jamboree Friday Aug 13 in atwo-quarter only contest. Varsity will play first and juniorvarsity will follow.

Lawrence County will also host a Jamboree with teams participatingfrom Enterprise, Tylertown and McComb.

Bogue Chitto will travel to Pelahatchie to participate in theirJamboree along with Florence.

Brookhaven Academy travels to Parklane Academy to participate intheir Jamboree along with Centreville.
