Funeral services for Jessie Garrett, of Monticello, were 11 a.m.on Friday, Oct. 1, at Arm Baptist Church in Silver Creek, withburial in Arm Cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello is incharge of arrangements.

Mr. Garrett, 94, died Sept. 29, 2010, at Lawrence County Hospitalin Monticello. He was born in Washington Parish, La., on Jan. 30,1916.
