The Brookhaven Academy Lady Cougars crushed the Trinity LadySaints 59-27 Thursday night in John R. Gray Gymnasium.

The Lady Cougars (4-0) will take the week off before returning toaction next Thursday traveling to face Jackson Prep. Tip off beginswith the girl’s game at 6 p.m.

Anna K. Mangold pumped in a game high 17 points and grabbed 10rebounds for the Lady Cougars. Mary L Magee contributed 15 pointsand 8 rebounds.

Madelyn Cross was the leading scorer for Trinity with 8points.

In Junior High action, BA Lady Cougars cruised to a 39-18 win overTrinity.

Destiny Allen led the way for BA with 13 points. Madison Warrenprovided 11 points.

Rachel House led the way for Trinity with 10 points.
