Funeral services for Addie Faye Crosby Dixon, of Bogue Chitto,are 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 9, at Calvary Baptist Church in BogueChitto, with burial in the church cemetery. Riverwood FamilyFuneral Service is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Tuesday from 5 until 10 p.m. at the funeral home, andon Wednesday at the church from noon until the time of theservice.

Mrs. Dixon, 79, died Feb. 6, 2011, at the University of MississippiMedical Center in Jackson. She was born in Lincoln County on June13, 1931, to Henry T. Crosby Sr. and Maude Smith Crosby.

She was retired from the Lincoln County School System. She was amember of Calvary Baptist Church. She was a member of the Order ofEastern Star No. 263.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Hulon Dixon;her sister, Imogene Falvey; and her brothers, Lamar Crosby, SonnyCrosby, Jerry Crosby and John Crosby.

Survivors are her sons, Timmy Dixon and wife Kay, Jimmy D. Dixonand wife Gwen, and Tommy Dixon; her daughter, Donna Fay Dunn andhusband Marty; her brother, James Glenn “Butch” Crosby; hersisters, Audrey Wright, Edwina Allen and Lynn Reeves; hergrandchildren, Jeremy Dixon, Jody White, Misty Holmes, Gerry Dunn,Kelsey Dixon and Jessica Dixon; and her great-grandchildren, MorganDixon, Hunter Dixon and Tate Holmes.
