Funeral services for Alberta LaDora Holmes, 57, of Bogue Chittoand formerly of Tupelo, are 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 23, at NewZion Union Missionary Baptist Church in Bogue Chitto, with burialin the Bogue Chitto – Norfield Cemetery. The Rev. Eugene Edwardswill officiate. Williams Mortuary is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is Tuesday from 1 until 6 p.m. at the funeralhome.

She died Feb. 16, 2011, at her residence. She was born inBrookhaven on Sept. 7, 1953.
