Funeral services for Brian Michael ‘Uncle B’ Harris, of Wesson,are 4 p.m. on Wednesday, June 22, at Decell United Methodist Churchin Wesson. Riverwood Family Funeral Service is in charge ofarrangements.
Visitation is Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the church.
Mr. Harris, 53, died June 18, 2011, at his residence. He was bornin New Orleans, La., on July 9, 1957.
He was a graduate of Chalmette High School and worked for HomeDepot. He was a member of Decell United Methodist Church. He wasalso a member of the NRA, NHRA, Louisiana State FloristsAssociation, New Orleans Orchid Society and the American OrchidSociety.
Mr. Harris enjoyed working and meeting people and helping them inany way he could. He loved car racing in his dragster and was anavid gardener.
He mostly enjoyed every minute with his family and many friends. Henever met a stranger. Hurricane Katrina separated him from what heloved most in flesh but could not take it from his heart.
Preceding him in death was his brother-in-law, DonaldCrovetto.
Survivors are his parents, Casper Gray Harris and KatherinePalassie Harris; his wife, Rosa Eve Mickles Harris; his daughter,Kathline Nicole Harris; his brother, Robert Allan Harris and wife,Maritza; his sister, Barbara Harris Crovetto; and he was loved byhis nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to his “baby girl”Kathline Nicole Harris at Copiah Bank in Wesson.
