Funeral services for Anthony “Tony” Boyles,of Monticello, are 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 6, at Carmel BaptistChurch in Monticello with burial in the church cemetery. CommunityFuneral Services is in charge of arrangements.

    Visitation was Tuesday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the church.

    Mr. Boyles, 68, died July 3, 2011, at his residence. He was born inHattiesburg on May 16, 1943, to S.C. and Frances Stamps Boyles.

    Preceding him in death were his parents; one daughter; one brother;and one sister.

    Survivors are his wife, Geneva Boyles, of Monticello; his sons,Frankie Boyles and Billy Boyles; his daughter, Sue Merritt; hisbrothers, Bobby Boyles and Danny Boyles; his sister, Ann Foster;eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
