Funeral services for Charla Cecile Lee, of Crystal Springs, are11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 29, at Stringer Family Funeral Services,with burial in Crystal Springs Cemetery.

Visitation is Wednesday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mrs. Lee, 38, died Sept. 25, 2011, at Hardy Wilson MemorialHospital in Hazlehurst. She was born in Jackson on June 8, 1973, toDouglas Byron and Jennie Howell, of Crystal Springs.

Mrs. Lee attended school in Crystal Springs, where she lived all ofher life. She formerly worked as a receptionist for the State ofMississippi.

Survivors are her parents; son, Collin Douglas Slay; daughter,Cherama Alexis Slay; stepsons, David Cory Pino and Jacob MatthewPino, all of Crystal Springs; brothers, George “Buddy” Howell, ofCrystal Springs, and Tallie Byron Howell, of Albany, La.
