Funeral services for Willie Neal SanfordCrosby, of Brookhaven, are 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 11, atBrookhaven Funeral Home on Natchez Drive, with burial in ShilohBaptist Church Cemetery in Sontag.

    Visitation is Thursday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

    Mrs. Crosby, 96, died Nov. 9, 2011, at Golden Living Center. Shewas born in Georgetown on Aug. 1, 1915, to William Sanford andEffie Mae Ashley Sanford.

    She was a cashier for Hart’s Grocery and a member of MacedoniaBaptist Church.

    Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Estus Mae Crosby;sons, Floyd Aaron Crosby and Virgil “Buddy” Crosby; three sisters;and one brother.

    Survivors are her daughters, Minnie Case and husband, Alton, ofBrookhaven, Rachel Bland, of Hazlehurst, and Magdalene Case, ofBrookhaven; 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and 10great-great-grandchildren.
