Funeral services for Geneva DavisHarrigill, of Roxie, were 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 13, at GreendaleMethodist Church, with burial in the church cemetery. FranklinFuneral Home was in charge of arrangements.

    Mrs. Harrigill, 81, died Dec. 11, 2011, at her home. She was bornin McCall Creek on July 2, 1930, to Alvie Davis and Lovie Vera MayStroud.

    She was a homemaker and a member of Greendale Methodist Church.

    Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Edward Harrigill;infant son; and four brothers.

    Survivors are her daughters, Shirley Rollins and husband, Larry, ofRoxie, Jo Lynn Scott and husband, Wayne, of Madison, Betty JeanBonds and husband, M.L., of Roxie, and Edwin Faye Smith andhusband, Wayne, of Union Church; brother, Buford Davis and wife,Pat, of Meadville; sisters, Clara Johnston and husband, Emmitt, ofMcComb, and Lawanda Newman and husband, James, of McCall Creek; 13grandchildren; and 37 great-grandchildren.

    Pallbearers were her grandsons, Jeff Rollins, Kip Rollins, KevinBonds, Jason Scott, Owen Smith and Vince Smith.
