Funeral services for Laura S. CoghlanWilliams, of Brookhaven, are 3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 18, atRiverwood Family Funeral Service with burial in Ramah BaptistChurch Cemetery, Franklin County. The Rev. Keith Smith will conductthe services.

    Visitation was Saturday from 5 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

    Laura, 62, died Dec 16, 2011 at her home.

    Laura was born Oct 27, 1949 to Frank and L.E. Coghlan. She was amember of Arlington Baptist Church.

    Laura was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, CharlesWilliams; and three brothers, Cecil Coghlan, Derald Coghlan, andJack Coghlan.

    Laura is survived by two brothers, Jasper (Tommy) Coghlan andGarland Coghlan; four sisters, Faye Rollins, Jean Murray, HazelBordelon and Carline Bordelon. Also, a host of nieces, nephews andgreat nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.

    Laura was retired from Co-Lin Community College where she pilotedand taught the Radiological Program.

    Memorials may be made to the Laura Williams Radiography Scholarshipfund at Co-Lin Community College.
