Memorial services for Arthur R. “Jug”Morgan, of Pensacola, Fla., are 2 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 9, at TrahanFamily Funeral Home in Pensacola.

    Visitation will be held prior to services.

    Mr. Morgan, 90, went home to be with the Lord on Jan. 6, 2012. Hewas born in 1921.

    He was a veteran of World War II, where he served in the PanamaCanal, and was a member of the VFW.

    Preceding him in death were his wife of 64 years, Ona Mae Morgan;parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.D. Morgan; and three brothers, James, Carl,and Cecil Morgan.

    Survivors are his daughter, Judith Ann Morgan Sweeney and husband,Bill; sons, Tommy Leigh “Buddy” Morgan Sr. and wife, Amie, and JarlRay “Hank” Morgan and wife, Sue; numerous grandchildren andgreat-grandchildren; and sister, Catherine Everett.
