Funeral services for Peggy M. Peavy, ofMonticello, are 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 14, at Brookhaven FuneralHome on Natchez Drive, with burial in Pleasant Grove MethodistChurch Cemetery.

    Visitation is Friday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

    Mrs. Peavy, 72, died Jan. 12, 2012, at her home. She was born inLincoln County on July 9. 1939, to Bennie B. and Olvie GriffithPennington.

    She was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Grove MethodistChurch.

    Preceding her in death were her parents; brother, John Pennington;and sister, Polly Downs.

    Survivors are her husband, Conley Peavy, of Monticello; son, BenjiPeavy and wife, Beverly, of Monticello; and daughter, PollyannaTemple and husband, David, of Monticello.
