Funeral services for Kirby Halford, ofMeadville, are 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 21, at Riverwood FamilyFuneral Service, with burial in Midway Cemetery in Meadville.

    Visitation is Friday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

    Mr. Halford, 74, died Jan. 19, 2012, at Meadville ConvalescentHome. He was born in Mississippi on Sept. 11, 1937, to William andBeulah Whittington Halford.

    He worked for Armstrong Tire and Rubber Company and was a member ofOak Grove Methodist Church in Meadville.

    Preceding him in death were his parents; brothers, William HalfordJr., Billy Ray Halford, Wesley Halford, Riley Halford and RayfordHalford; and sisters, Alice Blackwell, Leona Halford and RhodaHalford.

    Survivors are his wife, Patricia Smith Halford; sister, ElouiseDewees, of Beaumont, Texas; and a host of nieces and nephews.

    Memorials may be made to the Baptist Children’s Village.
