Funeral services for Shirley PamelaLambert, of West Monroe, La., are 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 7, atRiverwood Family Funeral Service, with burial in Union BaptistChurch Cemetery.

    Mrs. Lambert, 62, died Feb. 4, 2012, at her home. She was born inMississippi on June 4, 1949.

    She was a homemaker and a member of First United Pentecostal Churchin West Monroe.

    Preceding her in death were her father, Thomas Jefferson Sykes andhusband, J.P. Lambert. 

    Survivors are her mother, Mary Maude Givens; sons, Wendell Sykesand Travis Lambert, both of West Monroe, La.; daughter, BrendaLambert, of West Monroe; brothers, Thomas Jerry Sykes, of WestMonroe, James Larry Sykes, of Swartz, La., and Billy Ray Sykes, ofWest Monroe; sisters, Deborah Ann McKee, of Villa Ricca, Ga., andSherry Edwards, of Rayville, La.; seven grandchildren, FeliciaBrowder, Darren Lambert, Ashley Sykes, Dylan Lewis, Tiffany Sykes,Devin Lewis and DeAnn Lewis; and two great-grandchildren, BlakeBrowder and Austin Browder; and numerous nieces and nephews.
