Funeral services for William Earl Wooley,of Bogue Chitto, are 2 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 19, at Riverwood FamilyFuneral Service, with burial in Mt. Olive Church of ChristCemetery.
Visitation is Saturday from 6 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Wooley, 80, died Feb. 15, 2012, in Bogue Chitto. He was born inOklahoma on Oct. 30, 1931, to Versie and Ivory Pearl CaseWooley.
He graduated from Brookhaven High School. He was the co-owner of D& W Service and a member of Victory Baptist Church. Mr. Wooleywas a veteran of the Korean Conflict.
He left this world walking hand-in-hand with his great-grandson,Hunter Lee Maxwell.
Preceding him in deathwere his parents; wife, Pattie Jean Douglas Wooley; daughter, JodieLynn Wooley; and brothers, Thad Wooley and Denver Wooley.
Survivors are his sons, Keith Wooley, Kirby Wooley and wife,Danielle, and Wade Wooley and wife, Cindy; 10 grandchildren, PageMaxwell, Hope Letchworth, Jodie Wooley, Kaitlyn Wooley, ThadWooley, Kelly Wooley, Jake Wooley, Ben Wooley, Aaron Wooley andMary Jane Wooley; and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a Benevolence Fund will be set up at Bank ofBrookhaven.
