Funeral services for Ronnie Lamar “Bubba” Heathcock, of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 26, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service, with burial in Riverwood Memorial Park.

     Visitation is Saturday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

     Mr. Heathcock, 39, died Aug. 22, 2012, at King’s Daughters Medical Center. He was born in Mississippi on Oct. 13, 1972.

     He worked for the city of Brookhaven and was a member of First Church of God.

     Preceding him in death were his grandparents, Jack and Hettie Heathcock.

     Survivors are his mother, Ann Marie Heathcock; sister, Melissa Phinney; uncles, Frank Bowman, Billy Heathcock and Donnie Heathcock; aunts, Betty Ann Bowman, Peggy Heathcock, Jean Bardwell and Louise Coke; and special cousin, Lonnie Heathcock.
