Funeral services for Bertie Mae Glass Ellis, of Brookhaven, are 10 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 27, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service, with burial in New Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery.

     Visitation is Sunday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

     Mrs. Ellis, 74, died Aug. 24, 2012, at her home. She was born in Cisco, Texas on Oct. 29, 1937, to L.B. and Mary Opal Callaway Mann.

     She was retired from Rickett and Coveman and was a member of New Prospect Baptist Church.

     Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Earl Ellis; brothers, Robert Mann, L.D. Mann, James Mann and Jerry Mann; and sisters, May Joyce Mann and Reba Dean Mann.

     Survivors are her son, Curtis Ray Glass and wife, Margaret; brothers, L.B. Mann Jr., of Hattiesburg, and Curtis Harlon Mann, of Pearl; sisters, Fay Lois Glass, of Hockley, Texas, Hazel McPhail, Helen Lorene Yawn and Frances McPhail, all of Carson, Mary Blanchard, of Texas, and Allie Hatton, of Hattiesburg; two grandchildren, Laura Glass Perron and Patricia Glass; and three great-grandchildren.
