Funeral services for Rebecca “Beckie” Veneida Sullivan, of Wesson, are noon on Saturday, Sept. 8, at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Wesson, with burial in the Hazlehurst City Cemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.

     Visitation is Saturday from 9 a.m. until noon at the church.

     Mrs. Sullivan, 41, died Sept. 6, 2012, at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. She was born in Mississippi on Nov. 18, 1970.

     She was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church.

     Preceding her in death were her father, Dwight Reese Sullivan Sr.; and grandfathers, Ellis Ainsworth Stuart Sr., Ozelle Sullivan and Ed Keith.

     Survivors are her mother, Sandra Stuart Sullivan; sons, Zacharie Ryan Owens and Mitchell Tyler Owens; daughters, Christian Meshele Hammond and husband, Josh, and Elizabeth Ariel Jenkins and husband, Timothy; brother, Dwight Reese Sullivan Jr. and wife, Kandi; sister, Trudie D. Matrick and husband, Phil; grandmothers, Myrtis Stuart and Eunice Keith; one grandchild, Leland Jenkins; other family members, Dennis Owens and Stacey Alford Reed; and four nieces and one nephew that she loved dearly.

     In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Beckie Sullivan benefit at Copiah Bank and/or your local volunteer fire department.
