Funeral services for Winnie Belle Case Smith, of Brookhaven, are 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 22, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service, with burial in Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery.

     Visitation is Friday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

     Mrs. Smith, 97, died Sept. 20, 2012, at Golden Living Center-Brook Manor. She was born on Aug. 21, 1915, to Eli and Cora Belle Newton Case.

     She was retired from Potter Company and was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church.

     Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Fred O. Smith; son, Charles Smith; daughter, Donis Case; daughter-in-law, Gay Smith; brothers, Herman Case, Finas Case and Lewis Case; sisters, Ina Lee, Blanche Smith and Allie Smith; and one grandchild, Anita Gayle Case.

     Survivors are her son, Donald Smith; son-in-law, Lamar Case; brother, Ivan Case; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
