Funeral services for Frances Nettles Stewart, of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 11, at Gum Grove Baptist Church, with burial in the church cemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.

     Visitation is Wednesday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the church.

     Mrs. Stewart, 62, died Oct. 9, 2012, at her home. She was born in Mississippi on March 6, 1950, to Floyd Nettles and Ivy Campbell Maxwell.

     She was a home health nurse and a member of Gum Grove Baptist Church.

     Preceding her in death were her parents; niece, Chasity Brister; and grandparents, Harvey and Mary Nettles and Richard and Bertha Campbell.

     Survivors are her husband, Jewel Pete Stewart; son, Steven Stewart and wife, Cilleta, of Brookhaven; daughters, Donna Wallace and husband, Wesley, and Angela Franklin and husband, Tony, all of Brookhaven; sisters, Donnis Cupit and husband, Gerald, and Judie Brister and husband, Eugene, all of Monticello; six grandchildren, Stephanie and Samantha Wallace, Dusty and Toby Franklin, and Destin and Chance Stewart; and numerous nieces and nephews.
