Funeral services for Billie Harold DeLancey of Monticello are 2 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 1, at Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello, with burial at a later date in Society Hill Cemetery.

Mr. DeLancey, 78, died Jan. 28, 2013 at his home. He was born on Nov. 26, 1934.
