Funeral services for Nickoles Perry Roberts of Wesson are 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 6, at Sylvarena Baptist Church, with burial in the church cemetery. Stringer Family Funeral Services in Hazlehurst is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Tuesday from 6 until 9 p.m. at the church.

Nick, 21, passed away Feb. 3, 2013.

He was a member of New Providence Baptist Church. He enjoyed spending time with his family, playing video games and hunting. He was an avid baseball player and had a passion for American History.

Preceding him in death were his grandfathers, Carl W. Roberts, William Hutt and Fred Warren Jr.; and uncle, Kevin Roberts.

Survivors are his fiancé, Paige Caston of Wesson; mother, Angela Hester and husband, Chad, of Wesson; father, Carl Roberts and wife, Freda, of Wesson; son, Zaxton Layne Carona of Wesson; daughter, Kathryn Elaine Hewitt of Wesson; brothers, Trace Roberts, Taylor Roberts and J.C. Hester, all of Wesson, and Scotty Jergins, of Orange, Texas; sisters, Anna Roberts, Abby Jergins and Alex Barton, all of Wesson; maternal grandparents, Martha and Don Walker of Wesson and Daisy Warren of Wesson; paternal grandparents, Ronnie and Betty Barlow of Utica, J.C. Hester of Wesson and Hilda Hester of Wesson, and Ray Hearn of Vicksburg; aunts, Courtney Hall of Wesson and Sabrina Waller of Floral City, Fla.; great-aunts, Sheryl Montgomery and Karen “Kay Kay” Roberts of Wesson; uncles, William Michael Hutt of New York and Jonathon Hutt of Wesson; and a host of family and friends.
