The Hornets of Loyd Star escaped with a narrow 4-3 decision against archrival Wesson in a Region 6-2A tennis match. Loyd Star’s Cole Moak and Tyler Dunn won a 3-set, tiebreaker over Wesson’s Austin Levison and C.J. Viramontez 4-6, 7-6, 7-3 (10-6).
