OLIVE BRANCH – The Co-Lin Wolfpack defeated the Northwest Rangers in a playoff to win the Northwest Invitational held at North Creek and Westwood Golf Clubs in Olive Branch. Co-Lin and Northwest finished the two-day tournament tied at 627.

Mississippi Gulf Coast placed third at 640 (331-309). Jones County finished fourth at 647 (334-313). Rounding out the field were East Mississippi at 49 (336-313), Hinds at 679 (346-333), East Central at 684 (353-332), Itawamba at 698 (356-342), and Northeast at 712 (363-349).

Individually, Co-Lin’s Alex Clark captured third place honors with a 75-77 – 152. Corbin May took fifth place honors at 77-78 – 155 followed by Chad Arseneault in sixth at 75-81 – 156, Austin Schillaci at 82-82 – 154 (18th), and Connor Barnes at 87-86 – 173 (T31).

The next tournament for the MACJC (Event No. 5) will be April 7 and 8 in the last Mississippi Tournament at the Mississippi State University Golf Course in Starkville.
