Funeral services for Sherrod Ray Coleman of Hazlehurst are 1 p.m. on Friday, April 12, at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Hazlehurst, with burial in the church cemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Thursday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the church.

Mr. Coleman, 62, died April 10, 2013 at his home. He was born in Natchez on March 29, 1951 to Sherrod Henry Coleman and Bobbie Elaine Fatchett Coleman.

He was a pipe fitter and a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and sister, Beverly Yeager.

Survivors are his wife, Carla Coleman; sons, Lance Coleman, Lynn Coleman and wife, Bonnie, Cody Coleman and wife, Misti, and Casey Coleman; brother, Charlie Coleman and wife, Jan; five grandchildren, Raiven Coleman, Alexis Coleman, Zac Coleman, Austin Coleman and Gracie Coleman; and one great-grandson, Aiden Whittington.

Memorials may be made to Hospice Ministries.
