Funeral services for Mozie Lee Rushing Fauver of Brookhaven are 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 19, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service, with burial in Gum Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The Revs. Lonnie Case, Thomas Wicker and James Sanders will officiate.

Visitation is Saturday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Fauver, 93, died May 16, 2013 at Countrybrook Living Center. She was born in Mississippi on Aug. 17, 1919 to Ben Rushing and Georgia Anna Rushing.

She was the co-owner of Progressive Men’s Store and a member of Gum Grove Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, William Bryant Fauver; six brothers, Willie, Curtis, Elam, Claude, Richard and Frank Rushing; and three sisters, Janey Dixon, Myrtis Laird and Idell Blount.

Survivors are her son, Thomas “Toby” Fauver and wife, Patsy, of Brookhaven; daughters, Carolyn Hennington and husband, Pat, of Brookhaven, and Virginia Holder and husband, Gene, of McKinney, Texas; sister, Cleo Montgomery, of Natchez; seven grandchildren, George Hennington, Riche Hennington, Melissa Hensley, Robbie Gauthier, Julie Marquett, Brian Fauver and Kayla Fauver; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Pallbearers will be George Hennington, Riche Hennington, Brian Fauver, Robbie Gauthier, Kagan Duffy and Mike Marquett. Honorary pallbearers are Jamison Fauver, Preston Hennington, Pete Dixon and Randy Rushing.
