Funeral services for Herbert Qualls of Brookhaven are 11 a.m. on Monday, June 3, at R.E. Tyler Funeral Home, with burial in Hillcrest Cemetery.

Visitation is Sunday from 2 until 5 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Qualls, 84, died May 28, 2013 at Countrybrook Living Center.
