Lori Carter casts her vote this morning at the Ward Four precinct, which is voting in the Brookhaven Elementary School library today. As of 8:55 a.m., 131 voters had cast ballots in Ward Four in today’s Brookhaven General Election. The ward also received an additional 101 absentee votes, according to election officials.
