Former Southern Miss and Oakland Raiders punter Ray Guy will be the featured speaker at the USM Southwest Central Mississippi Alumni Chapter meeting  Thursday night. The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m., with a dinner at the Fernwood Country Club, just south of McComb.
