The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Tuesday was as follows:

• Darion Poole, 1-28-1991, of 1340 Sammy Trail – Charged with sale of a controlled substance, less than 30 grams of marijuana by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office. Released on bond.

• Charles Linzie Lewis, 11-3-1982, of 640 Bethel Road, Shelbyville, Tenn. – Being held by LCSO. In jail.

• Lee L. Baggett, 9-28-1957, of 83 Baggett Lane, Monticello – Charged with aggravated assault by LCSO. In jail.

• Walter J. Etheridge, 10-18-1974, of 2152 Fernwood Road, McComb – Charged with home repair fraud and grand larceny by LCSO. Released on bond.

• Ebony Lenoir, 6-20-1994, of 235 South Fourth St. – Charged with speeding, reckless driving and no proof of insurance by Mississippi Highway Patrol. Released on bond.
