Funeral services for Anna Bell Hall Smith of Bogue Chitto are 2 p.m. on Monday, March 3, 2014, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service with burial in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Sunday, March 2, 2014, from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Smith, 90, died March 1, 2014, at Haven Hall Nursing Home. She was born on Oct. 6, 1923, to James Thomas “Jimmie” Hall and Norma Wesley Newton Hall.

She was a homemaker and a member of Gum Grove Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Hiram Cletis Smith; brother, Versie Lee Hall; sisters, Maimo Hall Fisackerley and Bobbie Ray Hall Allen; and one granddaughter, Kimberly Louise Anthony.

Survivors are her son, Ronnie Smith and wife, Cathey, of Brookhaven; daughters, Doris Farmer and husband, John, of Brookhaven, Pearlean Anthony Johnson and husband, Wayne, of Bay Springs; sister, Mildred Hall Stewart of New Hope, Ala.; five grandchildren, Bobby Martin, Shellie Farmer Jordan and husband Randy, Belinda Anthony, Ryan Smith and wife, Lacey, Cassie Smith Fontenot and husband, John; and seven great-grandchildren, Trinity Martin, Sawyer Jordan, Brayden Anthony, Coy Fontenot, Caleb Fontenot, Jackson Smith and Jase Smith.
