Memorial services for Kenneth Wayne Causey of Lithia Springs, Ga., will be held at a later date. West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Causey, 50, died Saturday, March 8, 2014, at WellStar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, Ga. He was born in Jackson to Curtis and Patricia Causey.

He earned an Associate Degree at Hinds Community College and was a welder by trade.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his grandparents, Keith and Elizabeth Cochran of Jackson, and Kenneth and Xavier Causey of Washington, D.C.

Survivors are his two sisters, Cathy (Steve) Jones of Bogue Chitto and Susan Cochran of Bogue Chitto; three nephews, Michael (Lori) Burkett of Carriere, Keith (Kim) Burkett of McComb, and Brady (Lauren) Jones of McComb; two nieces, Laurie (Toby) Hill of Clinton and Mandy (Brian) Jones of McComb; uncles, William (Nona) Hendren of Ocean Springs and Keith Coffman of Memphis; and many cousins, a great-nephew and great-nieces.
