Joshua L. Wilson, a native of Brookhaven and current resident of Hattiesburg, was recently elected to the state board of the College Public Relations Association of Mississippi.

CPRAM is the trade organization for college public relations professionals on both the university and junior/community college levels.

Wilson, a former staff writer and columnist for The Daily Leader, is the marketing specialist at William Carey University in Hattiesburg, where he also advises the student newspaper. He is the son of Roger and Judy Wilson of Brookhaven.
