Funeral Services for Charles Larry McGraw of Ruth are 1 p.m. on Friday, June 13, 2014, at Topisaw Baptist Church with burial in McGraw Family Cemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Thursday, June 12, 2014, from 5 until 9 p.m. at Riverwood Family Funeral Services and will resume from 11:30 a.m. until time of service at Topisaw.

Mr. McGraw, 60, went to be with his Lord and Savior, on June 8, 2014, at The Methodist Medical Center in Houston, Texas. He was born on Jan. 1, 1954, to Charles E. McGraw and Sarah Joyce Brister McGraw.

Mr. McGraw was retired from Grand Gulf Nuclear Station as a mechanical maintenance supervisor and was a member of Topisaw Baptist Church, where he served as a Deacon. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge #413 and the Boilermaker Union #110 and #582.

Preceding him in death were his father; father-in-law, Willie Nick Raiford; mother-in-law, Veda Grace Raiford; and brother-in-law, Mann Raiford.

Survivors are his wife of 41 years, Nicki Raiford McGraw; mother; two sons, Landon McGraw and wife, Becky and Whit McGraw and wife, Melana; one daughter, Mia McGraw Thames and husband, Sam; brother, Joey “Shine” McGraw and wife, Ann; two sisters, Judy McGraw Burns and husband, Clyde and Missy McGraw Morgan and husband, Stan; three grandchildren, Cameron Thames, Adelyn McGraw and Marcy McGraw; a brother-in-law, Ronald Raiford and wife, Stacie; numerous nieces and nephews; and his dog Rex.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like to have memorials sent to Methodist Hospital Transplant Center, 6565 Fannin Street, Houston, TX 77030.
