The Lincoln County jail docket for Thursday was as follows:

• Alvin B. Franklin, 09-15-1992, 836 Howard Road – arrested by Brookhaven Police Department for contempt of court and armed robbery. In jail.

• Teresa Poole, 04-04-1974, 1323 Sammy Trail – arrested by BPD for grand larceny. In jail.

• Thomas V. Williams 07-31-1983, 301 Marr St. – arrested by BPD for contempt of court. In jail.

• Misty Prather, 08-27-1980, 1755 Evans Loop – arrested by Lincoln County Sheriff Department for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance. Released.

• Darrius D. Mitchell, 08-04-1992, 405 Chippewa St. – arrested by BPD for resisting arrest, aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer, disregard of traffic device, reckless driving and no proof of insurance. In jail.

• Chance N. Smith, 07-26-1993, 1311 Adolf Lane – arrested by BPD for aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest by running. In jail.

• Avery M. Wells, 12-08-1990, Summit – arrested by Mississippi Highway Patrol for disorderly conduct, failure to comply, failure to yield, careless driving, first offense DUI and public profanity. Released.
