Funeral Services for John Lee Porter of Bogue Chitto are 3 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 2, 2014, at Mt. Zion M.B. Church with burial in the church cemetery. Williams Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be on Friday, Aug. 1, 2014, from 1 until 6 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Porter, 59, died July 25, 2014, at University of Mississippi Medical Center. He was born on May 27, 1955, in Lincoln County to Jimmie Porter and Mammie Smith Porter.

Preceding him in death was his father.

Survivor is his mother.
