Dear Editor,

The Back-to-School Prayer Rally held on Sunday, August 3, was such a blessed meeting with the presence of God so wonderful. Mission Mississippi sponsored it and is so thankful to so many who helped us with it, including The Daily Leader’s articles about it.

All of Brookhaven and Lincoln County students, communities and families will see the answered prayers taking effect. We want to give a great, tremendous thanks to those who:

__had the first thoughts and encouraged others to help

__made significant contacts

__suggested what to do and how to do it

_ initiated or helped with publicity and invitations

__heard about and blessed the plan

_ prayed for God’s help and wisdom and presence

__gave access to location

__had things to set up program and set them up

__made donations

• participated in program

__agreed with one accord and able, or even unable, to attend

All are members of the Body of Christ and are tremendous and totally important. [1 Corinthians 12:14,18,27 (HCSB)]

14 – So the body is not one part but many.

18 – But now God has placed each one of the parts in one body just as He wanted.

27 – Now you are the body of Christ, and individual members of it.

What a blessing!!
