Memorial Services for William Henry Travis of Valley Grande, Alabama are 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2014, at Damascus Baptist Church in Enterprise. Selma Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2014, from 6 until 8 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home.

Mr. Travis, 70, died Aug. 10, 2014.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Alton Travis and Eva Travis Sykes.

Survivors are his wife, Linda Travis; children, Elizabeth Travis, Ellen Travis and Ronald “Drema” Travis; brothers, Dalton Travis and Randolph Travis; sister, Faye Sullivan; grandchildren, Christina Travis, Nikole Travis and Brook-Lyn Travis; and many friends who were very special to “Travis”.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 3054 McGehee Road, Montgomery, AL, 36111.
