The Lincoln County jail docket for Wednesday was as follows:

• Alvin Johnson, 3-7-60, of Carthage – charged with first offense DUI and careless driving by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.

• Thomas G. Johnson, 1-26-90, of 723 Swalm Avenue – charged with conspiracy by the Brookhaven Police Department.

• Zacchaeus Montgomery, 11-23-93, of 411 E. Enterprise Street – charged with sale of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy to sell a controlled substance by the BPD.

• Clifton C. Smith, 10-5-65, of 109 E. Highland Drive – charged with disorderly conduct/breach of peace by BPD for.
