Funeral Services for Edna Gearldine McCaffery of Bogue Chitto are 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 6, 2015, at Calvary Baptist Church in Bogue Chitto with burial in the church cemetery. Brookhaven Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Thursday, Feb. 5, 2015, from 5 until 9 p.m. at the church.

Mrs. McCaffery, 74, died Monday, Feb. 2, 2015, at her residence. She was born on Aug. 26, 1940 in Lincoln County to Benjamin (Bennie) McCaffery and Mary Lacresha (Lula) Wallace McCaffery.

She was a homemaker and a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; two sisters, Mildred Leggett and Mary White; six brothers, R.E. McCaffery, Homer McCaffery, Jewell McCaffery, Robert McCaffery, Houston McCaffery and Russell McCaffery.

Survivors are her son, Michael Roberts and his wife, Carol, of Bogue Chitto; three daughters, Tena Rigaud and husband, Edward, of Bogue Chitto, Regina Ann Hux and husband, Shawn, of Ruth, MaDonna Sanchez of Bogue Chitto; 12 grandchildren, Benjamin Roberts, Bradley Roberts, Hanna Brogden, Nicole Cannon, Jenna Rigaud, Mitchell Leon, Clarissa Travis, Benjamin Hux, Brianna Hux, Christopher Sanchez, Augustina Sanchez and Triston Hall; 15 great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
