The Lincoln County jail docket for Wednesday was as follows:

• Kimberly Burns, 9-18-74, of 2195 Highway 583, Bogue Chitto – arrested for DUI third offense, driving while license is suspended and no having no proof of liability insurance by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.

• Darrius D. Martin, 6-6-94, of 100 Fred Walley Drive Apt. 4A – arrested for possession of controlled substance – less than an ounce of synthetic marijuana by the Brookhaven Police Department.

• John E. Redd, 2-18-79 of 303 Georgia Avenue – arrested for possession of a controlled substance – less than an ounce of synthetic marijuana by BPD.

• Whyndi Staggs, 4-24-83, of 2201 Lynn Frank Road, McCall Creek – arrested for probation violation by the Mississippi Department of Correction.

• Trow E. Washington, 1-2-95, of 545 Saint Charles Place Northeast – arrested for probation violation by BPD.

• Brenda White, 5-7-60, of 1032 Shell Oil Road – arrested for shoplifting by BPD.
