Geri McDavid Jinks died on Friday, March 6, 2015 at her home.

Geri was the daughter of Lloyd and Mary Lou McDavid of the Enterprise community in Lincoln County.

She was married to Michael Jinks and had two children, Destry Michael and Blythe Elizabeth.

She is survived by her husband, Michael; son, Destry Michael Jinks Sr. and spouse, Marcia; daughter, Blythe Elizabeth Reid, & spouse Chris; grandchildren, Destry Michael Jinks Jr; Taylor Jinks; Layne Reid; Faith Reid (deceased); Hannah Reid and Corban Reid; and her mother, Mary Lou McDavid.

Geri was a freelance writer/editor and worked many years at the Daily Leader as copy editor and feature story writer.

There will be a private, family service to be held at a later date.

 Raymond Sonnier

Funeral Services for Raymond Sonnier of Brookhaven are 11 a.m  on Tuesday, March 10, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service with burial in Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Monday, March 9, 2015, from 5 until 9 p.m. at Riverwood Family Funeral Service.

Mr. Sonnier, 74, died March 7, 2015, at his residence.
