WESSON – The Cobras won a squeaker Monday to stay undefeated at 4-0 after defeating the Loyd Star Hornets 4-3 at Co-Lin Tennis Courts.

In JV action, Loyd Star dominated Wesson winning four out of four matches.

Wesson returns to action Saturday as they prepare to play Loyd Star, Enterprise, and West Lincoln in the All-County Tournament at Brookhill on Natchez in Brookhaven. Matches begin at 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Hornets (2-2) will resume action Thursday as they travel to Monticello to face the Lawrence County Cougars at the Atwood Tennis Courts. Matches begin at 4 p.m.
