Dr. and Mrs. Mark Giust, of Brookhaven, and Ms. Amy Giust, of Hattiesburg, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Katherine “Kate” Searcy Giust to William Cody Kennedy.

He is the son of Ms. Joyce Kennedy, of Hattiesburg, and the late Mr. Keith Kennedy, of Hattiesburg.

The bride-elect is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi where she received a degree in marketing. She is currently employed with Enterprise.

The prospective groom is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi where he received a degree in business administration. He is a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity. He is currently employed with Conway.

The couple will exchange vows at 5:30 p.m., Saturday, June 13, 2015, at Parkway Heights United Methodist Church. A reception will follow at The Barn at Bridlewood.

They are registered at Bed, Bath and Beyond, Belk and Tish Gammel Home in Hattiesburg. They will be residing in Jackson, Tennessee after the wedding.
