Funeral services for Jessie L. Manseill are Friday, May 29, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Brookhaven Funeral Home on Natchez Drive with burial in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Brookhaven Funeral Home on Natchez Drive is in charge of arrangements. Bro. John Rhodes, Bro. Jerry Sullivan and Bro. Herbert Barnett will be officiating the services. Pallbearers are Ryan Gill, Michael Gill, Sylvestor Buitt, Kelly Fay Richardson and Corey Buitt. Honorary pallbearers are Wayne Holland and Glen Scott.

Visitation was Thursday, May 28, 2015, from 5 until 8 p.m. and will continue Friday, May 29, 2015, from 1 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.

Mr. Manseill, 85, of Brookhaven, died on Wednesday, May 27, 2015, at his residence. He was born June 22, 1929 in Isola to Leroy and Annie Womble Manseill.

He was a retired dispatcher for Rebel Tester in Brookhaven. He was a member of Brookhaven Church of God. He loved to fish and was passionate about woodworking. He was a loving husband, father, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to all who knew him.

Preceding him in death were his parents; three brothers; one sister; and a grandson, Bobby Manseill Jr.

Survivors are his wife of 59 years, Pearl Holland Manseill, of Brookhaven; sisters, Shirley Manseill Todd and Elizabeth Manseill Breland; brother, Earl Manseill; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
