Funeral services for Betty Mae Newcomb Moss are 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2015, at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon.

Visitation will be Monday, Aug. 10, 2105 from 5 until 8 p.m. and Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2015 until the time of service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Moss, 73, of Brandon, died Saturday, Aug. 8, 2015, at the Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. She was born July 1, 1942, in Brookhaven to Lillie Mae and Willie Mason Newcomb.

Betty loved to travel and shop with her sisters and constant companion, best friend, and husband of 34 years, Bill.

Preceding her in death was a step-daughter, Terri Lee Brown.

She is survived by her husband, William B. Moss Sr., son, Michael Kevin Myers (Lynne), and step-son, William B. Moss Jr. (Carla); sisters, Annie Pearl Wingo (Davis), Margie Lee Smith (Mike), Willie Katherine Coleman (Starky) and Etta Jo Newell; brothers-in-law, Robert G. Moss (Linda) and Paul L. Moss (Norva); grandchildren, Mason Myers, Amanda Sijansky (Kevin), Chad Moss, Christina Reeder (Keith) and Meaghan Ahlberg (Phillip); great-grandchildren, Hunter, Leighton, Ella Kate, Caroline, Waylon and Camden.
