The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Tuesday was as follows:

 

• David E. Leggett, 06-27-72, of 209 Pennington Street Apt. C, Brookhaven — arrested for serving time by the Brookhaven Police Department.

• Kasey L. Nations, 05-24-82, of 1047 Topisaw Drive, Bogue Chitto — arrested for failure to comply with request by the BPD.

• Dustin R. Thompson, 12-15-82, of 2107 Livingston Road, Brookhaven — arrested for simple assault/domestic violence by the BPD.

• Janice Walls, 04-09-79, of 2125 Dixie Road, Brookhaven — arrested for probation violation by the BPD.

• Bob T. Henderson, 12-22-86, of 105 Fair Avenue, Brookhaven — arrested for taking away of a motor vehicle and probation violation by the BPD.
