Coach Meleah Howard and her Lawrence County Lady Cougars will host a slowpitch softball tournament Saturday in Monticello, beginning at 9 a.m.

Five teams are schedule to participate in the tournament. The teams joining Lawrence County in this event – Bogue Chitto, West Lincoln, Franklin County, Raleigh and Mendenhall.

 LCHS Tournament schedule 

9 a.m. – Lawrence Co. vs. West Lincoln

10:30 a.m. – Bogue Chitto vs. Raleigh

12 a.m. – Mendenhall vs. West Lincoln

1:30 p.m. – Bogue Chitto vs. Franklin Co.

3 p.m. – West Lincoln vs. Raleigh

4:30 p.m. – Mendenhall vs. Franklin Co.

6 p.m. – Franklin Co. vs. Lawrence Co.
